On February 18, 2022, on the basis of the Department of Biotechnology and Microbiology, together with the RSE on the REM "Institute of Biology and Biotechnology of Plants" of the CS MES RK, a round table meeting "Certification of seed potatoes and planting material of fruit crops" was held. The following questions were discussed at the round table:
- system of inspection and certification of seed potatoes and fruit crops;
- modern and highly sensitive methods for the detection of plant pathogens;
-technology for the production of virus-free planting material for seed potatoes and fruit crops.
All participants received certificates.
The round table was one of the first events held in 2022 as part of the close scientific cooperation between the Department of Biotechnology and Microbiology and the Institute of Plant Biotechnology Biology.
