On April 11, 2022, students of grades 10 and 11 of the gymnasium school 80
of Nur-Sultan, chemistry teachers Elik Gazdrubal and Bakyt Ziyabekovna visited the laboratories of the Department of Chemistry of the L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University on the eve of Science Day, got acquainted with the research experiences of students and undergraduates doing graduate work, listened to lectures by associate professors and professors research institutes. The students visited the auditorium named after the Honorary Head of the Department, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor Auezkhan Karipkhanovich Tashenov, where the lecture on the scientific path of the scientist was read by Acting Associate Professor Kuldi Suleimenovna Tosmaganbetov, responsible for the career guidance work of the Department of Chemistry, she also told about the directions of chemical research of the department.
The students expressed their desire to participate in further research in chemical laboratories, to engage in scientific work and to link their future profession with chemistry.
