From September 1 to October 5, 2020, on the basis of the Department of General Biology and Genomics of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, the second year doctoral students of the educational program 8D05107 - "Biology" have passed a pedagogical internship (online).
The teaching practice was carried out remotely (online) as part of the concept of training doctoral students.
The pedagogical practice of doctoral students made it possible to strengthen their knowledge and get acquainted with the experience of qualified specialists in the implementation of pedagogical activities in higher education, the design of the educational process and the formation of the ability to conduct certain types of classes using innovative educational technologies. As a result of pedagogical practice, doctoral students analyzed lessons with a practice supervisor, supplemented their knowledge and skills with qualitative aspects of teaching, combining new methodological information accumulated over the years, such as the design of teaching materials, documentation, lesson plans.
Based on the results of the internship, a final online conference was organized. The online conference was attended by practitioners and members of the commission. During the conference, reports of doctoral students on the work done during pedagogical practice were heard, according to the results of which doctoral students received an appropriate assessment.
