On November 1, 2018 the meeting of the Deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bektayev Ali Abdikarimovich with students of specialty "Hydrology", Department of physical and economic geography, faculty of natural sciences of the Eurasian National University named after L. N. Gumilev.
The purpose of this event was to discuss with students the Address of the Head of state "growth of welfare of Kazakhstan: improving the quality of life and income."
During the meeting, Bektaev A.A. paid attention to such topics as the growth of income, improving the quality of life, creating a favorable environment for living and other topical issues. During the meeting, issues related to the implementation of the business road map 2020 program were discussed.
Students asked their questions and received specific and interesting answers. In addition to official conversations, Ali Abdikarimovich told about his Hobbies in the school and University. He instructed the younger generation to contribute to the prosperity of the country for the future and set clear goals, valued and loved their homeland, were patriots.
At the event were present and accompanied the students, associate Professor of ENU named after L. N. Gumilev, Inkarova Zhansulu Ishanovna, who also made a speech. 
Students liked the event and the conversation with the Deputy of the Senate. In their opinion, such events motivate and encourage to be more active and purposeful.

The meeting ended with familiarization with the hall of the Senate, a demonstration tour of the Parliament and the General photo.
