On the eve of Independence Day, December 9, 2017, the Department of "General Biology and Genomics" held a brain-ring between the Bg-31 and Bg-33 groups on the topic "Today and Tomorrow of the Educational System of the Eurasian National University named after L. N. Gumilyov».
Responsible for conducting an open lesson "Intellectual Brain Ring" – 6M011300 - second year master students of the Faculty of Biology - Nukerova K. K. and Kalbek P. Zh. For the fairness of the competition were responsible professor of the department m.s.d. R. K. Tataeva, who acted as a judge.
The goal of the intellectual brain-ring was to discuss the historical development of the Eurasian National University, as well as using this experience to discuss the possibility of improving the education system in the future.
The students of the group Bg-31 and Bg-33 competed as a teams "Eurasia" and "Unity"
Students who demonstrated their knowledge: A. Turdaly, A. Tazhiyeva, M. Massalimova, A. Sarsen, M. Saginova. They showcased extensive familiarity in university’s history, L. N. Gumilev’s biography and labors. Differences between the educational systems of our and other countries were noted, as well as the acquisition of quality education by future generations.
As a result of the intellectual brain-ring, the team "Eurasia" of the Bg-31 group, by collecting the greatest number of points, gained the upper hand in the match. The winners were given tickets to the youth theater as a prize.
